Poprad city, counted as the capital city of the Tatra Mountains (Slovak side), located in very stratig location, and have a big potential that not used well.
I hear many of my tourists and others, they call the city, ghost city, no one out, no bar, and restaurants open, dark and empty. It's true and not true.
From locals i hear the reason, many prefer to go to different city, for university or to find a work for example, usually they are at their 20s or 30s.

Let's continue on, now to, in my opinion, to something a bit calm, a slow-motion drinking time, let be a cocktail bar. One of the greatest choices would be JM Cocktail Bar it's also in the city center and a short walk from all the previous I already recommended.
After a bit calm and realxtion time, let's raise the vibe a bit. The bar NEW CHICAGO – Veselá krčma as well In center, very social vibe, you can choose some board games and play with your company for the night, or other games that they offer at the bar. I was surprised that they offer one the good beers Radegast 🍻 it's from Czech Republic so go for it.

Alfa Satel club the link takes you to the hotel, the club is just under it. This one I like it more. More adults.
Surprise club this club popular for the very young ages, around 18-20s..and one floor up there is another bar that you could try.
