where to to travel in 2016 !!
7 days Road-trip itinerary to Austria and Slovenia
from late April – late September

1 day arriving ljubljana airport and head off to Hallstadt, visit the oldest salt mine in the world and after drive to zell am see, for 2 night in the area. book a place to stay where you get also the zell am see – kaprun card. you will save lots of money.
*note: if you are traveling not alone (familly, kids, friends, etc.), make sure during that day to sit down and open the map of both countries and to explain to others the area, highlights spots might travel to.

2 day after breakfast, start your adventure with 3 cable cars maybe its a bit boring but for kids its fun, and get to the peak of "Kitzsteinhorn" after that drive to the longest water falls in europe "Krimml Waterfalls" night in zell am see.

3 day affter good breakfast and coffe do morning hike in Taxenbach, do some shoping for picnic and drove to Grossglockner high alpin panoramic street, there you find lots ofspots for picnic the road its around 50 km. night in kranjska gora

4 day breath the fresh air and relax a bit in kranjska gora at the morning while drinking coffe at some caffe bar in the village, do some shoping for picnic, and start driving the Vrics mountain pass. first thing you do when you arrive bovec its to check about the rafting, and do it. night in bovec
*note: if you wanna do hike there is bunch of hike trails all levels in Vrics mountain pass.

5 day leave bovec, stop in kobarid for breakfast drive up to church and take a look over kobarid, then keep driving to tolmin over there have a short hike "Tolmin Gorges" night in koper

6 day drive along the beach and chose a spot to spend few hours, then head off to wildest cave Skocjan, two wonderfull lakes waiting for you, start with Bohjni to nicer to swim in then keep going to bled, and head off for a night in ljubljana

7 day full day in ljubljana, take the free walking tour, walkaround by yourself enjoy your last day then off to the airport.

here is my suggestion for 7 days Roadtrip a bit of Austria and Slovenia

slovenian villages experience, roadtrip part 2

here im writing you my travel diary, in the next post will be full 7 days what i think its would be great and suggestion

Hallstadt —> kranjsak gora

we already started being tired and we just started, maybe its just because we are driving on the high way its vey boring, always have to find something to be busy not fall asleep. while driving we always saw hundreds of motorbikes also driving by, and i just found the reason in the next morning.
Kranjska gora it's a small village located in the north west very close to the austrian and the italian border, this village very popular during the ski season, we arrived here afternoon, our apartment were very close to the center,(it's small village so it doesn't really matter how far from the center 15 mins max). i been here few times there is a local bar i like called "Vopa bar" there we head to spend the night and we were lucky they had a live show, slovenian and a bit of songs were in english.

kranjska gora — > bovec

we woke up early, we done shopping & we started our way to bovec via the mountain pass vrcis, its an amaizing road lots of spots to stop the car, drop off, to look around 360 degresse and to breath the great fresh air. picnic we did but sadly hiking we didnt this time because we werent ready :(.
but sometimes we stopped along the soca river 🙂

we kept driving to the famous sport village bovec, we are after we just arrived and we went to some rafting agency wand we found out that we can still join the next rafting in an hour, so we did it.

after rafting around 2 hours, we need and have to feed ourself, not that much options we had dinner at "letni Vrt" imkind of no words to explain how much i had a great time there they talked a little also hebrew seems like lot of israelis also eat here, the staff very friendly the chef also came to the table to talk with my muslim friend to understand from him what to eat and not include pork.
exploring the nightlife wasn't that difficult also in this village, is also small beginning of the week also, but i went to two bars, that wasnt bad, and for sure drinked the local drink "Rakija"

bovec —> koper
its raining out, with non stop, what we planned today doesn't look that it work ou, we start driving to kobarid but it still raining, we had great and cheap breakfast at one of the local bars, we kept driving the rain doesn't stop, we kept into the direction to koper were we will spend that night, my friend whos driving catch the sign to VENICE and he said "lets go over there" i wasn't much wanted because it just wasting time during driving but we end up in venice, italy after 2 hours, the parking there was super expensive! we spend there few hours italian lunch then off to our apartment in koper, was also in the center, few beers then to bed.

koper —> ljubljana
the next morning we drove along the cost a bit to south, searching to the highest cliff in the coastline gets to 80 m a bit hard to find the place because its not touristy, and you have just to ask locals also you will not find it written in books! after the coffe and a bit hike to the cliff we off to the huge karst cave Skocjan, we weren't allowed to take pictures inside the cave thats bad, maybe make you the readers more excited to travel over there. seeing the third biggest underground canyon with the river inside it's unbelievable what nature can do. in our way to our last night in ljubljana, we stopped in Bled to eat a cake.
ljubljana night is great, maybe i just hangout at one place but i was satisfied from the parliament bar (there is just other from the other side both of them to same owner i forgot te name).

Ljubljana —> back home to haifa, israel.

this day we had bunch of time, our flight to back home its a bit after midnight, i dont know from what reason my friends wake up early, this i also did 😦 its other reason why we had that much time, first we head to the top point in ljubljana to view point where is the Ljubljana castle. after coming back down we had a free time that each one what ever wants (my friends wanted shopping).

and i had the chance to make new ffriends 🙂

still we had lot of time to spend, we visited to more spots the first was kranj for lunch and the second was Skopja Loka for ice cream, then it's over off to the airport.

two nights in Zell am See

We started driving to austria after we arrived ljubljana the capital of slovenia of to the village Zell am see in auatria.
Via cool panoramic roads and small villages, and not on the highway because it's boring.

Like to find a lake and no need to what's the name of it!

We arrived the hotel after non to stay there 2 nights. During our staying was a cheese festival so we had off to a amazing folklore evening on the villge next called kaprun. drinks, dance & cheese and nothing else need more to spend the first night with locals.

Zell am see summer card. That thing save for us a lot of money, one of the reasons why I booked hotel, was great deal for me and also the summer card was included 😉 so that card gives in places it's free, in others will get discounts.

So at the first day we went to the peak of "kitzsteinhorn " close to kaprun was free for us to took the all 3 cable cars to get to 3029 m high, because we had the card.

after that we drove to famous panoramic road "Grossglockner " its cost 31 euro for car with the card.

after all back to last night im zell am see, went out to look at what this village can offer at night. Have to say not much, it's not a young city, local bars – dance bar are just 2 "K1" & "Insider".
You will find lots of Arab signs and Arabic restaurants its a result of all the tourists from the Gulf countries. They love this place, you will see also lot of places that they own like restaurants & supermarket.

The last day wasn't sure what to do & just plan it during driving, we end up at the early morning for a short cool hike at "Taxenbach gorge"

it's also free because the card. After the hike off to Hallstadt it's a small romantic one by the lake, recommended for couples, there you can visit the oldest salt mine in the world.

Around the after noon we off to slovenia to the first night at Kranjska gora very popular during the ski season.

1.66 Liter of beer & 1.33 apple cider just drinked, then a cold shower, for a bit for chance to feel great in this disgusting weather 35C at night.

took while since I wrote last time, I don't why im writing now! Happy d lots of stuff like;
University year over.
Still papers to write, Don't know if I will do it.
I went to lead groups in germany.
Now im here, have nothing.
I work at the museums sometime.
Working for myself, learning about international travel agency.

I am lost ?
No, I think that's the good life.

To be like….ready to travel wherever, that's my knowledge, and to share with others.

The cool thing? I don't know what im going do, I feel alive and Happines. Every minute possibale to happen something crazy.

Fake wanderlust..in less than a month traveling with friend for a short road trip to slovenia & austria. Nature and mixing with nightlife, that's what I'm gonna write about next.

But I will, when I have money.
